my grade one teacher asked us that (but only one wish) after track and field one day and everyone was answering what they thought was best.. and she would point out the problem with it. I remember someone said they would like never ending popcorn.. and how she said you would get tired of it.. and i kept raising my hand anxiously.. finally, i grew tired of it and would just put my hand up a lil and finally she called on me.. my answer was for more wishes, and I knew it was a good one.
She smiled and said I was a very bright child.
One of the few who gave me a compliment that I believed..
