First call the owner or manager; if the issues are not resolved in a timely manner, contact your city, township, or county Housing Inspections Dept. They will send a notice to the owner regarding the complaint. The inspector will make an appointment with the owner and/or you to inspect the property, and if there are violations, will issue an order to repair.

Can I check with you your report issue meaning written cover note or ?? It should be address as Tenancy Agreement to fill in all particular for both party landlord and tenant signature agreement.

Your property management office. Or the county office for housing if your reporting something like a repair that is making you live in a bad condition. There are legal options you can take you might even be able to sue. Hope i helped
