Im 5Ft 9ins and 15stones....trying that special K plan....Sodding starving....would not try that..recon buying larger trousers will be a better option...

being a small girl myself i no its easy to put up the weight and even harder to lose it stick to these tips and i asure you you'll be fine.
in crease your water intake to about 2 and 1/2 litres
take a cold shower every morning to kick star your circulation and burn up energy
take lemon in hot water once a day to burn fat
eat brown carbs like brown rice as they are filling
snack on veg and fruit
decrease salt and do some form of cardio three times a week aprox 30 minutes each time like brisk walking and take cider vinegar tablets once a day available from all good chemists they are great for shifting cellulite also do sit ups each day for the tummy. hard work i no but you will be very pleased with the results

exercise and a change of eating habits is the best thing...you need to speed up your metabolism,an hour after each meal eat some fruit and if you feel hungry inbetween drink water instead of eating more....Exercise,dont do the same exercise all of the time as your body gets bored with it and doesnt react,change the routine every two weeks or so to give your body more of a challange..start with cardio two to three times a week then up it to five or more times per week,thirty mins a session at least,then mix light weights with your cardio routine.

Hi weight watchers is the only answer, i lost 1 stone in 3 months and i could eat what i want, i love food

The only answer is to get moving. Walk off more calories than you consume. You can also do some easy stuff like Yoga or Tai Chi. You can get recordings of both and do it in front of your TV. Both of these will tighten the tummy too. Good luck!

1/4 cup of oatmeal, dash of cinnimon, 2 sweet n low, 1/2 cup of chocolate low fat soy milk, 1/2 cup water, microwave 2 min. Stir in 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese. 190 cal. Very good. for breakfast and lunch. Lose 5lbs in 1 week.
Also in between 1 cup of soy milk for a snack. Something about Soy keeps me satisfied, it's really good and even my husband likes it. Also its chocolate so I get a fix.
Around 4pm I eat a low fat cheese stick. Eat a healthy chicken salad dinner, and for dessert I eat a low fat ice cream sandwich.

weight watchers all the way! i lost 6lbs in two weeks, i eat what i like and can still drink alcohol! its fab, i totally love it too as it keeps you interesting as you decide what you put in your body via a point scale! vodka and diet coke is 1 point, and most veg is free. when you see how many points certain foods are you'll not want them anyway! IT WORKS

Breastfeeding and orgasms make your belly shrink back almost like magic if you gave birth recently.
I would say eat whatever you want but in smaller portions and don't forget to be active and take yoru vitamins. I don't believe in diets, and have never been in one and I've seen my friends struggle through life with them without any really permanent results.
Do a search online about "Intuitive Eating". I have done it all my life without knowing they had a name for it...

eat salad every day for every meal... and not like wendys salad with like a million carbs lol a real salad that u make and low fat dressing i did that and i lost like 10 pounds and i didnt even want to lose weight... i just really like salad lol

omg in the same boat me too.........i have just had a baby..my 4th to be exact...im 5"2..and weigh 11 stones.....b4 i got pregnant i lost a lot went to 9st..and then found out i was pregnant..and gained it again..but wen i did lose it..all i did was to stop eating at nites...i was on computor chat in to mates and neva ate..and i started to notice that i was losin weight...but wen i got pregnant i neva used to go on as much as b4..and i gaind it...but recently i have started to come to this site..answerin and asking ...and i luv readin other ppls answer..and im kinda toooo buzy to eat..and i hav lost couple of pounds maybe even more......all u hav to do is hav breaky..and lunch..and dont eat at nite...worked for me....
