What rights does a father have in consideration of abortion? Does he have the right to stop the abortion from happening? Does he have the right to know of the pregnancy before termination? How about after?

Sadly, Dad has no right to stop an abortion. It's wretched, but it's the reality. Courts keep striking down any attempt to give fathers such rights and Planned Parenthood and the Pro-Abortion factions are 100% behind making sure it stays that way.

Really..in all actuallity..the fater has no rights before birth..I mean if I woman wants to go and get it aborted..there is nothing (unless you live in South Dakota) that hte father can do..I mean..if you have a honest partner, and she gets pregnate, and thinks that she can not support it..and talks it over with you..great..but for the most part..you have no say..sorry guys...

your right is to keep it in your pants. you only have the right to control your own body.
it is unfair, but not as unfair as saying.... sure! it's your uterus for nine months because of what is in it. the surrogate mothers charge for the renting of theirs. how would that work? could you also keep the mother from travelling? make her take prenatal vitamins? keep her from having any cigarettes?
would you have to prove it was yours? i find these questions pretty creepy, because this is what i fear. i think making it a right of the mother is the best answer because it involves the government the least.

and to know about the pregnancy b4 and after..

He has the absolute right not to impregnate over female who he can. Whena child is born, he has rights abd obligations.

NOT UNLESS THERE IS A PATERNATY TEST DONE TO PROVE YOU ARE THE FATHER. THEN, IF YOU FIND A GOOD ATTORNEY- YOU COULD HAVE SOME RIGHTS. WITH NO ATTORNEY, YOU WILL NOT GET ANYWHERE ON YOUR OWN.
