I love my iPod. I've got the 60 gig video version. It can hold all my music, all my pictures, and all my videos. And as long as you have the USB chord with you, it can be used as an external hard drive (you don't even need iTunes for that function!). 60 gig iPod Videos can run for $400 or more retail... of course, you can find new ones cheaper on eBay. And if you wanna go for the 30 gig iPod Video, then those are about $100 cheaper than the 60 gig.

I think an PSP is much better deal cause you can take pictures, watch movies, use it as a mp3 and play games then an Ipod video is good also it all depend on want you use it for ...

I have both of them but i listen to my iPod Video more than my PSP..so iPod video is better

it depends on what you want. ipod has alot of memory, so you got your music and videos covered but thats basically all you get, videos and songs, on a tiny screen.
psp games are awesome umd videos are great, but you have to buy memorycards to put all your music and movies. but i like the games and since i got a 2gb for 80 bucks i put all my favorite songs with 1000 mb left
i personally am willing to pay more for memory and having games, movies, music, photos,videos and a wireless internet capable psp to surf the web.
