Even science "now-a-days" is suggesting that there is more than just the physical, that there is something beyond that which we know here and now.
All theories say that the entire universe had a beginning (even theories that people try and use to get around "the big bang" in essence have a beginning). With all this evidence, does it not take more faith to be an atheist/agnostic than to believe that there is a Creator and He has communicated with and through His creation?
I know that was a little tangent I just went on, but please write your thoughts.

Belief in God is a presupposition, it really can't be proved or disproved conclusively. I believe in God because it best explains ultimate reality. God is a Necessary Being, upon which all creation depends on Him. Our understanding of reality through our senses and through reasoning are reliable; when one discovers a truth about reality it is consistent and one can trust that it remains so. The universe displays intricate design and complexity that defy any naturalistic process as being the source of the universe. Considering God as a Necessary Being, also explains the origin of creation, whereas naturalistic processes can't fathom the infinite regress that arises from the supposed origin. The naturalistic origin is a contingency and it is easy to suppose that some other event caused that and ad infinitum. Since I believe in God, I don't fear death or what comes after that, because I know what awaits me, glory.

in my view, sure. yet i'm only 19. So i imagine my concern of demise is totally healthful and rational considering i'm nowhere close to waiting to die. *EDIT* after reading by potential of a few of my fellow Atheists responses, i am going to't believe them in any respect. I actual have a deep concern of demise. i love understanding, wondering, reading and expertise. To me, the concept of under no circumstances being waiting to attempt this stuff back is terrifying. i do not care if I received't experience it later on, the point isn't any matter if i'm petrified of it NOW. And sure, I likely am. no longer present isn't an truly astounding ingredient. yet then i'm getting all philosophical and start up wondering about no matter if i in my view even exist today. perchance each and every second is a sparkling demise for the me of one 2d in the past. My expertise may be no longer some thing better than memory exceeded down from one second to a special. each and every new second is the obliteration of who i became. astounding stuff huh? lol

I’m an agnostic. I don’t believe in God because there is no physical evidence of his existence and no way to prove his existence. I think it’s foolish to believe in something that I cannot see or touch. And yet there have been strange occurrences in which God, or some other force has been seen and felt.

I’m also irreligious. I think religion brings about the downfall of people. It corrupts and brainwashes people. It's just another way for people in power to hold on to that power. Religious people are fanatics who instead of believing in themselves, believe in the supernatural. I see religion as beliefs developed to give people hope, understanding, or an explanation of life or reason. Science believes one thing, religion another. I believe in what I want to, what makes sense to me.

As for life after death. I do believe that there is something more to us humans that just flesh and bone. The human brain is the most complex thing in existence and I don't think one day it just stops working and decays.

I am Saved, Sanctified and Filled with the Precious Gift of the Holyghost. I have been Saved for 9yrs. now. I was taught at an early age about Jesus Christ and because that seed was planted, I had to allow it to grow. All I can say is once you feel the real power of Jesus running through your body as he gives utterance of unknown tongues and you speak unkown and untaught languages, Then you Know beyond a shadow of Doubt that Jesus is Real.
And No, I am not afraid of Death, infact I look forward to the Day that I get to meet my Savior Jesus Christ, face to face!

I do not believe in a god or gods

Einstein had the following to say
" A human being is part of the WHOLE called by us 'universe', a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest-- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness."

I believe in this WHOLE and I believe it is an energy that is neither created nor destroyed it just continues to change
what we see as death is only a fluctuation in energy

Belief in Deity, be it God, Goddess, or a plurality thereof, and by any name, is, ultimately, a matter of personal spiritual-gnosis. Faith is, by definition, acceptance without proof, and the "why" is unexplainable to those who've never experienced it. As to fear of death, I've found that much more in the Church going than among believers or dis-believers.

I was in a serious car wreck and should of died but didn't! That is my faith that GOD has something else for me. I am not afraid to die because I have been on the brink. I think more people should appreciate the chances they're given instead of moaning and groaning!

"Life" after "death" is a relative term...... In 1973 I was dead for nearly 2 minutes.... and there's been 5 other times in my life where things have happened that I should have died but didn't. Luck? Chance? doubtful......

Also, the manner in which you phrased your question is a bit of an oxymoron! "Life after death".... That in and of itself should suffice in answering the question!

All things have a beginning and an end, period. Regardless of whether human beings are capable of comprehending such things or not. The energies which make up "life" is itself "alive", it doesn't die it only changes.

I believe in God because the concept of God is one of the most powerful, life-driving, comforting and inspirational forces existing. It provides explanation where science fails. It makes us feel loved and worthy. It promises us rewards in the after-life for our sacrifices now. It gives us a sense of place in the world and makes us better people if we try to obey his words sent to us through his human manifestion(son): Jesus Christ.

Because I don't believe in God so I don't believe that there's a life after death and I'm not afraid.
