Not bad at all! She's just telling you that she loves you (or she's getting ready to steal your soul while you sleep).

It can cause pimples. Wash your face after she does it. A cat's mouth is very scary. They have more bacteria in their mouths than almost any other animal.

I do not think so my cats do it too they also try to clean my hair.
