Here is a site that will do just what you want:

http://www.zillow.com/

I have used this site to get a feeling for the prices of rental property and single family homes for investment purposes.

Good luck with your search for information.

Im not aware of any websites that do this... but there is a 'bluebook' for them, like there is for automobiles.... any mobile home dealer would have one of these on hand (to help him evaluate trade-ins).

A lot of it tho, really does depend on where the home is at, does it have any land with it, or is it going to have to be moved, etc.

What brand it is, and the options installed at the time of manufacture are also important. For example, does it have 2x6 exterior walls, thin vinyl siding, or the thicker, 'house' type? 25 year shingles, or better? Plumbing made up of tubing, or cpvc?

And of course, location. A doublewide home that would fetch $45k in rural Missouri, would likely get $60 to $90k, around Detroit Michigan....even tho it is exactly the same house.

I would start by contacting local mobile home dealers. It will be imortant to know what brand of home you have, and when it was made. Also, what zones it was built for. All of this information can be found on the "data plate"... usually located on the inside of a cabinet door, in the kitchen.

Good Luck!
