I was told Im suppose to put it in on a sunday, leave it in for 3weeks then take it back out on the forth week.
but Im wondering if on the 4th week you get your period on a sunday... do you wear a new one that same sunday or wait till the following sunday?

When to insert NuvaRing®
After a one-week ring-free break, insert a new NuvaRing® on the same day of the week as it was inserted in the last cycle. For example, if the contraceptive ring was inserted on a Sunday at about 10:00 PM, after the one-week break you should insert a new NuvaRing® on a Sunday at about 10:00 PM.
How to remove NuvaRing®
Remove the ring three weeks after insertion.

I believe you're supposed to wait until that following week to put a new one in. It works just like the patch, except with the patch, you have to change it every week.

You wear no ring during your period week. You have a week off.

Birth control is a better thing to use.
Nuva Ring can give you infections.
Don't use it.

I dunno about all that, but a friend of mine used it and she told us that one time she was having sex, the guy comes out for a re-positioning" and he was wearing the ring!
