Messi, at just 18 years old. He made it to the senior squad of Argentina. Diego Maradona said the the person that will succeed him in Argentine Football is Lionel Messi.

Right now I would say Messi is a better player. But let's not get the 2 of them confused.
As an Independiente die-hard fan I've seen 'Kun' grow and see him develop his game. He is an amazing player but one of the main problems my team suffered was that it actually was Aguero + 10 (like Adidas propaganda). The first tournament he started, he was the best player in the whole league, but this second one his performance went down because his teammates couldn't not even up with him.
In regards to Messi, we should consider he is a year older than Aguero (which makes a BIG difference at this time) and he plays for Barcelona, therefore he is surrounded by much better players ...
So now that Aguero will play in the same league as Messi we will be able to find out which one is the best;)

I have to say Messi, he played at higher level of soccer, La Liga..I hope they let Kun be and not put so much pressure on him, I can't wait to see those two togheter playing for their NAtional Team
