Solid CO2 sublimates at -78 deg C (195 K). As a liquid under pressure, it will melt at -57 deg C (216 K). If you are looking to make dry ice, you'd want to pressurize and cool to 216 K in order to freeze it. If what you're really asking is "What is the melting point," the most common answer is -78 deg C, which is its sublimation point at ambient pressure.
