my nephew is 5 feet and probabnly 105 maybe 110 pounds
he wants one of those small pcket bikes..the ones that look like a dirtbike...should i get him one? are they good? are the 50cc pretty powerful? or should i get him a pit bike? or niether? or tell me which size? thank you very much.

i gues he just wants one to ride around and do wheely's on..but he wants it to be fast and powerful ..and little. i guess.

Get him neither.
A 5-foot child is too small to be riding around on a motorcycle, except on a supervised dirt track.

He's already big for a pocketbike. A larger four stroke dirtbike like a Honda XR100 would be a better choice.

Well first figure out where he's gonna ride it, because they are all 100% illegal to ride on any street, sidewalk, or public property.
