Now, its not that we fight all the time but we disagree. Sometimes our disagreements turn into wars and violence.
We are in a stage where we don't completely understand each other and have thousands of factions within our species. In time these factions will come to agreements and join into a cooperative species where we work together and explore the galaxy much like your own species.
I'm sure if you look back to an earlier age of your society you had conflict just like ours.

becuase the short mind in time to think ahead of the solotiuion they think 1 to 1 thought outcome and base that on a future goal. instead of thinking 100 to one thought on a real goal. study humannology

Because fighting is fun and you just about could fight any one at any time plus if you get really injured you could sue the person who injured you.

war is something people can get behind. It can gain a culture land, resources, technology, prestige, and women. But more importantly war is a lucrative undertaking.
