first find a company that will host your website and domain. then buy a domain and get a plan with the website hoster. then learn html or hire someone that knows html to make a webpage for you.

You can pay for hosting (here's a comparison):
http://www.findmyhosting.com/

or get free hosting, like on Google, Yahoo, etc. If you want the web site to be good you should pay for a host -- $5--$8 a month should be possible if you buy a year or so at a time.

Creating a web site can happen in a number of ways: write HTML code, use a program hat can export web pages, or use a web design program.

I strongly suggest www.homestead.com for setting up your own website. They have all the tools you need. Visit them for different kinds of sites you may wish. Good luck. Mine website is there.

If you would like you can start a trial website to see if you like it by getting a Google account with the name of something like (krazykarate) and going to: www.pages.google.com/

You can make up to a 100MB website that is really easy to create and edit. Then if you like that you can try to buy a service like www.godaddy.com

Good luck!
