Is this a serious question because if it isnt its not funny, you know that really does happen.
If your baby was born with no privates the docs should still be able to tell you what the baby is with a genetic test.

Your doctor can do a very simple blood test to determine the sex of your baby. For a girl the baby will have higher levels of hormones and for boys its testostorone. Google it or ask the doc.

Why have the doctors not discussed this with you?
What does your baby pee with. That is a clue. You need to ask a doctor this question. Tests can be done to determine the baby's hormonal make-up.

Drown it. It isn't going to have much of a life if it can't have sex.
