I do. This question is the result of a question I saw earlier regarding married couples watching porn together. I can't imagine! How embarrassing not to mention degrading to women!

Yes. A perceptive individual will notice that an exposure to that kind of exploitation actually changes the person exposed. People with an addition to pornography become desensitized. Even the women in the movies have to desensitze themselves or "get in the zone" to shot the films. I know because I am associated through in-laws to some "successful" people in that industry. I won't even get into the disgusting child pornography and how it boasts the human trafficing epidemic.

See, I don't agree. I think that if you really don't like something, you don't have to watch it. Just as if someone was an athiest and another was a Christian. They should just not discuss the topic. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but how do you see it being degrading to women? How come it's not "degrading to men"? Both the woman and the man in the porno are consentially making the film. I have no problem with watching it at all. And if I did, I simply would not watch it. Just something to think about.

Pornography is not disgusting. I find it pleasant to look at good looking girls. The industry gives jobs to many many people (remember the publishers, distributors, magazine shop owners, as well as the models and photographers). And these people are not forced into anything they don`t want to do, they have chosen to work in this industry. Since noone is getting hurt and noone is being forced to do anything they don`t want to do, I don`t think pornography is bad, or degrading or repulsive. I know you are not going to give me the 10 points because I have a different opinion to you, but then if you don`t like pornography, simply don`t buy any and don`t watch any of it. It`s like a lot of things, I don`t like tobacco, so don`t buy cigarettes.

No way!What nonsense!

Unless its les#o porn, it usually has a guy as well! SO it should be equally demeaning/degrading to men!

But who can find porn repulsive? I think you have not watched quality porn! But its a free world! You are free to find anything repulsive. Who cares! I am not gonna give up because someone else finds it repulsive?

I find WWe/Tna wrestling repulsive, and all those snakes and creepy crawly things at animal planet as well, but am not gonna banish them off the telly!

Are you comfortable with sex? Or do you find it embarassing as well?

No. Something that you have to think about is there are a lot of couples who have either little inspiration or experience in the bedroom. Sometimes watching porn together can give them ideas, show them things they never knew about themselves, or even let them know if they have some fetish that they feel weird or guilty about that they aren't the only ones who are interested in it. You can also find out a lot about your partner.

If porn is needed before you can get aroused enough to have sex though, THAT'S when you know you have a problem.

How could anybody find pornography repulsive? One would have to find sex repulsive. If so, that's a shame.

I don't understand how pornography could be considered degrading to women. Do "proper" women not have sex? If so, that's a shame.

Yes, it is a great indicator of the degredation of our society. Porn is a dangerous thing. It is repulsive but also appealing to the carnal desires we all have. We have to guard our minds and our homes to keep from being infected, and take steps to get better if you are infected.

I like to stay away from the barn yard animal stuff.

seriously though, I couldn't watch it with my wife. For some reason I could always get "in the mood" when I was married. Guess I'm one of the odd ones.
