ok im using nero encoder theres a choice to encode at 320 dual mono mp3 or stereo which one will be better audio quality?

There is not a huge difference in audio quality-
Stereo will operate left and right speakers independently (this will probably seem like a better quality) and Dual Mono will be the same sound out of both speakers.

Stereo all the way...
Dual mono, works duplicating the sound of mono aural sound into the other line...

Either way the sound quality will suck.

There's too much compression in digital formats. People are overly impressed by technology to realise that not all technological innovations are improvements. If you want to hear music, stick to vinyl.

(BTW, your ears work in analog format, not digital)
