i didn't mean to imply that being gay was a choice, trust me, i'm bi and i know it's not a choice.
and to julia, it's your god's job to judge when the time is right, NOT yours!

Right on. You tell her. ;-) I'm bisexual and love it. I'm more attracted to women, but dig guys too. With women it's the visual animal lust, and with guys it's more that he can't fake anything. It's when he climaxes, there's no doubt that he enjoyed it. And Ya I and my lady are both freaks in the bedroom. When she found out I was bi, she told me she had wanted to bring another guy home so she could watch me bring the guy to orgasm. Since, we've played 2 or 3 times a week.

Be careful. All the gays out there will start screaming at you about how being gay isn't a choice.
For the record, I'm straight. That's the way God wants it. That's why roughly half of us are male, and half of us are female.
Gays have declared war on this natural order of things -- and thanks to AIDS and other deadly diseases for which gays are at a much higher risk, nature is now exacting an awful retribution.
That's why I feel very sorry and compassionate toward gay people -- and to let them know that all they have to do to protect themselves is to change their behavior.

I'm a lesbian because I was miserable when I was dating men. Physically and emotionally, and I couldn;t figure it out lol. It's not that men are bad, they just don;t "do it" for me. I don't hate em, just don;t want to go to bed or wake up with em.
Julia is truly a moron. I have never called anyone directly here a name. Usually it's just "bigots as a group are ignorant" something like that. But that woman is so clueless about everything. I invite her to contact me and we can rationally discuss fact vs myth in an intelligent debate, if she's capable.

I prefer to be with either (or both) genders. I don't know that it was a choice - more a realisation as I (eventually) grew up.
A freak? me? No, I'm perfectly normal but as for the rest of you... :)
Julia - you have your conviction and you live by it (I hope). Please don't intimate, however, that Nature (or even God) made the HIV virus pass from green monkeys in Africa to humans - just to make gays change their ways. It does smack of ignorance of the whole pandemic - not least in Mother Africa.
Who do you think Nature will target with her latest development the H5N1 (avian flu) virus? And do the chickens deserve to be her lab rats? Get real.

I'm gay. I was attracted to men ever since I can remember and when I finally was with a guy I knew. I'm definitely freaky in the bedroom, living-room, hall, bathroom, basement and on and on.

Gay, because it's fun. Why? Who knows? What does it matter? If you like something else, go for it and good luck to you.

gay. because i am. sexual preferences aren't choices, or at least conscious choices. i don't know how it develops, but i think it's the same as are other tastes (music, movies, etc.), we don't really choose it. we just are.
