Do u have an existing contract with a carrier. . & spend more than $65 average monthly ?

then, if you complain about random serives mishaps. . u may be able to get some kind of credit.

Cingular is a good company, go to their website (www.cingular.com) choose a phone you like (must sign up for 2-year contract that's how you start your credit with the company) fill out the application and wait for your phone to via UPS. Oh, they have a lot of free phones, sweet deal.
