It would have to be one of two:
Went to see Emerson, Lake and Palmer - the second billing was Mahavishnu Orchestra, never heard of them. Mahavishnu was incredible and this was the concert that got me started listening to jazz music
The other one was just so much good music crammed into a single concert
Tower of Power opened, Cold Blood was second and Santana was the headliner. After 3 1/2 hours there was a 2 hour jam session with Tower of Power Horns, Lydia Pense from Cold Blood and all of the Santana band

I saw the Kinks in the late '80's in the pouring rain at an amphitheatre in Philadelphia, and it was easily the best show I ever saw. The Kinks were playing all of their hits and I was dancing with wild abandon in the pouring rain without a care in the world.
The show I attended was later turned into a live album called "The Road". If you listen really close, you can hear a crazed white boy singing, dancing and getting drenched from the first row of general admission.

When Disturbed came to San Antonio a few years back. They performed with Kittie and Systematic, and a few others bands. The reason why is I still have pictures of where Systematic and some of other bands signed my body at the after party. They had a party to highlight Kittie's new album at Sunset Station, and I sat on a dance cage and watched 'em sign autographs. I got bored and walked around, and after about 1 am i noticed most everyone was gone, so i went looking for the group i carpooled with. They were still in the room that Kittie signed their autographs, only most of the fans had left and the bands were still hanging around, so i found a sharpie and had everyone who wanted to autograph me anywhere on the waist up.

Manu Chau,
In Sicily summer 2001.
An open air concert on the beach while Mt. Etna (volcano) was in activity, at the same time the music and ashes were all over the place.

The Toy Dolls 1992 at a tiny club in San Diego.
A close second is Brian Wilson in 2001, where he played Pet Sounds with a phenomenal band.

My first two concerts are right up there - both featured Judas Priest. By being picked in a radio contest, I and a friend won backstage passes after the second show and got to meet the band and ask questions. Great time!!!!!

OMG this takes me back some time. I was in my 40's and freedom was calling. One of the things I always wanted was to go to a rock concert. My kids and I went (roles were reversed this time....lol) and saw Def Leppard. I loved their music, their style.
Great songs, lyrics, great musicians and still love them to this day.....smile
AFter that I would say ZZ Top.....for 3 guys they sure could make music. It was awesome and such fun.
