Bad news...The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman has hit a serious snag in terms of an official USA release and future overseas releases. Kenny Johnson told us that Universal/NBC who own the rights to The Bionic Woman(Universal/ABC own The Six Million Dollar Man) dropped the ball recently. The rights to the novel written by Martin Caiden titled "CYBORG"(the book both shows are based on and is credited in the end credits of both shows) lapsed a few weeks ago and Dimension Films swooped in and snatched it up from under the noses of Universal, etc. The U.K. releases of season one of The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman were done before they lost the rights. Universal has to have the rights to the novel "Cyborg" before they can release them on DVD or rerun them on TV. Kenneth Johnson said that a deal MAY be reached, but it will take time since lawyers on both sides have to work out a deal. This also puts a feature film in limbo too. This officially sucks. Thank goodness for 16mm film, but I feel for those who don't own uncut episodes

There is no announced date for a US release.
But it is already out in the UK.
Sounds like it will be in the US soon (US Amazon has it listed but not rady for sale).

I hope not. That had to be the lamest show ever besides the Bionic Woman.

Well Wonder Woman did and they have so many of those Dukes Of Hazard, but, if they make a movie, it sure will.
