Ice is a great way to get rid of bags under your eyes. Place ice under your eyes for about 15 minutes, then carry on with your day. =]

Put a spoon in the freezer for a couple hours. When the spoon is really cold hold it against the skin under your eyes until the spoon gets warm again. Thi should do the trick. It also works for hickeys.

firstly it can be genetic, meaning that it can run in your family.
secondly do you get enough sleep and when you do sleep is your head elevated.
If you suffer from sinuses it can also result in puffiness.
Do you consume enough water during the day.
If you are using an eye product, a cream base one should only be applied to the eye contour as it can result in puffiness if applied over the whole eye area as there is no pores on your lids. If it is a gel base then it can be applied to the whole eye area.
if you don't use an eye product then purchase one that claims to reduce puffiness.

Put spoons in the fridge until they get nice and cold and then put them over your eyes. I used to do pageants and some of the girls would put Preparation H under their eyes. It really does work but I could never do it. I can't bring myself to put butt cream on my face.

Eat less fried foods, and try to eat something with more fiber. The bags come with unhealthy eating habits. Try to get more rest, and take a multi-vitamin(my doctor advised me to take centrum). Good luck
