ROFL are you serious? NOTHING that Jesus actually stood for is something that the Christian right stands for. Jesus was concerned with people and their well being. The CR is only concerned with how the lies of the the rebulicans. Isn't there something in revelations about the fact that the religious people near the end of time will believe the LIE b4 the truth? Well, it seems we are at that time.

The Right and Left are a mirror of each other, not opposites. Any sin that one side does, the otherside does as well.

The big problem is that Washington and Lincoln "the Fathers of the country" were both fascists. So regardless of which side you take, you end up a fascist, unless you reject both sides, and love everyone anyway despite their faults, political and moral.

Until people stop seeing others in terms of "sides" and instead sees only individuals, then there can be no progress.

You're assuming quite a bit in that question. Namely, that Jesus would run as a Democrat. I'd like to see some basis for assuming that he would be a Democrat. And something other than "Democrats care for people" would be nice, as we all know it isn't true.

Jesus Would Never Run Democrat, or Republican. He would be a third party, like the Holy Roller Party. He'd never loose. I know i'd vote for Him.

Jesus doesn't have to run for office. He IS the office. Kings are not elected, they are born into royalty. The question is moot.

Of course NOT. They would convince themselves that he wasn't really Jesus but the anti-christ instead... meaning they lack the ability to see truth even when truth slaps them right in the face.

EDIT ADDED - OMG too funny. Look at some of the answers. I was soooooo right! LOL

No! Jesus was a peacekeeper. The Christian right is just like the Bush administration: they want to settle everything with guns and ammo. -RKO-

This question is meant to initiate anger and rile people; causing those who have not yet met Jesus, to say blasphemies against our Heavenly Father.

You succeeded...aren't you proud?

I will not accommodate you....

Actually, the whole "Christian Right" thing is a stereotype. I'm a die-hard Republican, but I'm agnostic. And if you hadn't noticed, John Kerry is a Catholic and so is JFK.
