Regular Curve
Grip the ball with your middle and index fingers perpendicular to the seams at their widest point, your thumb should be underneath the ball. Your top fingers should be spread apart slightly. Tuck your ring finger and pinkie in your palm. Put pressure with your middle finger and thumb. Don't let the ball press against the palm of your hand, and keep your index finger touching the ball but not putting pressure on it. Keep your wrist loose. Draw back, angle your wrist so that the back of your hand points toward your body. Shift your wrist down and to the right (if you're a righty) right before release. Release the ball and follow through by 'snapping' or bending your wrist. Your thumb should be facing up. Aim between the batter and home plate (righty throwing to righty batter). Aim slightly for the outside of the plate (righty throwing to lefty batter).
12-6 Curve (drops top to bottom)
Grip the baseball as you would a regular curve But put your index and middle fingers over until the seam rounds out.
Put your index finger next to your middle finger, and split the seam with your fingers. Again, ring finger and pinky tucked in your palm. Keep your wrist loose. Slide your thumb up until you hit a seam, keep it on the seam. Again don't let the ball press against your palm. Also don't use your index finger to put pressure on the ball, it should rest on it. Throwing the ball, make a 90 degree angle with your forearm and shoulder, snap down with your fingers and push up with your thumb. Again, on your followthrough, the wrist should 'snap'.

Hold the ball where the seams are in an upside down "U." Grip it on the right side of the seam by pinching the ball with your middle finger and relax your index finger right beside it. Make sure these fingers are touching. Do your usual wind up, but before the throw - bring the ball to the back of your ear. Release over your head, making sure that the ball releases over the top of your fingers.
Exaggerate the follow through for more break. It'll take some getting used to, but once you do you'll have a great break in you curve!

Put your pointer and middle fingers together. Put the edge of your middle finger just inside the seam of the ball so that it is not on top of the seam, but touching the side of it. You want this seam to be the "horseshoe" seam and your fingertips pointing toward the narrower parallel seems. Place your thumb directly on top of the seem opposite of the one your middle finger is touching. When you throw, curl your wrist so that your two fingers are on top of the ball and your thumb on the bottom. The back of your hand should be facing away from your head. Throw from an overhand arm slot, not sidearmed. Keep your wrist stiff and let the ball roll over your fingers. Make sure to release the ball out in front of your body, not while your hand is still high over your head. Also, don't slow your arm down from how you throw your fastball.

A stiff wrist usually gets a better break than snapping it. But they're right on everything else. Fingers on the laces. Throw like a football, but let roll over top of fingers.
Some people get more of a slider or slurve look from it at first.

Hold the ball so your two fingers are together and are barely seperated by the seam. when you throw it, pretend like your throwing a football so your pointer and index finger are facing out from you and your thumb is pointing in at you. It takes practice but it works

It can be more effective by not throwing it a lot,
#1) Because it hurts your elbow,
#2) Because not throwing it will make your pitching career longer, and give you longer to perfect the curve . Work on good knuckle ball, you can pitch that untill your a Grandpa.
(But Im a catcher :)
