I absolutley cannot live without painting.................it's like it is a part of my soul.

Then be ready to sellyour *** off. You have to seel yourself to someone no matter how good you are. Sounds crappy but it comes down to convincing a gallery owner you have potential and sellable? I love painting but now just give them away to family and friends seen too many talentless people who are good salesman sell their art to gallery owners. But don't give up but down sell your self out either. I lived in LA downtown art district and have seen allot of crap get sold because the artist was a smooth talker. Sorry if this sounds negative. That's the way things seemed to me I don't like having to be a salesman if you work is good it should be able to stand alone. Dont' stop painting what everyou do.

I paint though I'm a beginner...and just playing with different mediums right now. And just recently haven't been motivated to paint. But selling a painting would be awesome. Good luck to you!
