They work, and like anything in this world, if you use them too much, they will damage your teeth. But the ingredients in small doses aren't bad for you. It's just hydrogen peroxide which is a very natural form of teeth whitener.

i visit be completely honest now, all tooth whitening products do no longer artwork. My terrific chum is a dental nurse and counseled me that all of us they do is take away the teeth (outer coating of the tooth), which reduces secure practices from decay and ailment. in case you like your tooth deepwhite, your terrific decision is circulate to the dentist to get it performed professionally.

Both, I believe that they work, but over a long period of usage it can be very harmful and cause damage to the enamel on your teeth.

It works gradually, but it also diminish that precious enamel coating of your teeth which is ireplaceable.
That is why your teeth will be sensitive to sweets or icecream etc.
Nothing is perfect in this world, you can't have both worlds, make your choice.

My dentist said they are harmful. I don't know really about all of them though just those paint-on ones. I DO know that they make your teeth more sensitive to hot &/or cold foods.

Most of them work to some extent. But they also weaken the tooth structure.

If you use it too often, it probably would be. But they just leave your teeth very sensitive.
