No, he is a victim of rape.
And how I hate that "you can't rape the willing" bullsh*t. A man can become erect without being aroused.

no since he was raped and thus, unwilling. the only way that this could be a case of pedophilia is if the girl was the one raped. as for her being in her teens, you'd have to be more specific. do you mean 10 - 13 (although some consider 14 to be the limit) or 10 - 17 (i would say 19, but 18 is the age of consent).

It is a known fact that guys can be raped and forced against their will,, take some mariages for example, but for him to be called anything he would have to have initiated it. Although I wouldn't put it past some chick to try that route just to get revenge or some stupid thing like that.
The sorry state is tho that the courts would probably take her side rather than his. (statisticaly speaking of course)
btw.. rape is not necessarily sexual, it can be mental and physical as well!!!

Depends on how old the teen is, as for the answer regarding arousal, the physical reaction to stimulation does not have to be as a result of arousal, get your facts straight - Men can be raped to.

You know, that's an interesting thought. My friend's sister (who was eighteen at the time) was raped by a fifteen-year-old guy, but she was unable to press charges because it would be considered statutory rape on her part. That certainly doesn't seem right to me.

In many cases I would say YES, because men are bigger and stronger than women. He could easily have stopped the incident and CHOSE NOT TO.
