I assume you are referring to "Blue Balls". That is when a man gets sexually aroused but does not get relief in the form of an orgasm. It is like a "headache" in the testicles that is caused by the tissues becoming engorged with blood, the mans genitals becoming ready for sex........then not getting it. If YOU are not ready to relieve this pain in your boyfriend tell him to go take care of it himself......or not get himself (and maybe you too) all worked up in the first place.
