I used the product at http://www.snorelesssleep.net and it solved my snoring problem.

yep, could be apnea. And to bree30--it is a C-Pap machine. It keeps you from stopping breathing in your sleep. Are you also tired all the time? Drop off to sleep at the drop of a hat? Go see that doctor.

You may have sleep apnea you need to see a dr and see if he will send you for one of those sleep studies. You may need a sea pap machine.
