my breasts started leaking when i was about 27 weeks pregnant. i'm now 38 weeks and i haven't even started to dilate or efface, but i am scheduled for a c-section in 6 days. as i have gotten closer to my due date, i have noticed that it is easier to express a little colostrum. it's been like that with all 5 of my pregnancies. you won't actually have milk in your breasts until about 2-3 days after delivering.

From what I know most women's breasts leak a couple of days AFTER the baby is born. Plus even if you are leaking milk, which can be totally normal, there is no way for anyone to predict when a baby will come unless it's induced or a c-section.

I have a friend who was leaking at 5 months, and she had her baby at 40 weeks, and I never leaked at all untill my milk came in after my baby was born, so leaking doesn't really have anything to do with when your baby will be born.

There is no specific time. I am 36 weeks and my breasts have been leaking since I was 30 weeks.

well, it really depends. With my last set of twins my breasts started leaking pretty early and I carried them full-term. I think that it really depends on the person and you cannot judge by that alone as to when you will go into labor.
