Will this webtv keyboard work with a new rm4100 msntv2 system

Unfortunately no – the two units require dedicated keyboards.

The Keyboard for the MSNTV2 is terrible.

In addition, some mental giant at Microsoft decided to duplicate the Infrared Codes on just some of the keys, such as the Power Button – making it almost impossible to own both a Webtv and MSNTV2. (You have to physically block the Infrared Eye on one unit to use the other)
