There is a solid chance that it will save your life (it will almost definitely save you a hospital visit), so why worry if you get a little off your insurance?

Some insurance companies will offer up to 15% off their policies. If you are under 25 it may make the difference for getting any insurance at all! Additionally, if you don't have a motorcycle endorsement, you can take the card directly to your MVD and have the endorsement added to your license without written and road tests! It also prepares you better for problems you may encounter on the road and could actually save your life because it teaches you skills most riders only THINK they have!

I think I saved 70 or 100 dollars. Everyone got some discounts for some gear somewhere too.
Even people who have ridden previously are very impressed with the safety course. I couldn't imagine being on the road without it.

Usually 5-10%. And it's only about insurance, not about purchase price of the bike.

It depends on the company. In real dollars, probably enough to repay the cost of the course in a year or two.
But the information and skills you will get from the msf course will be literally priceless, in that they can save your life.
Do it. Your grandchildren will be glad you did.

It is usually 10%, but can be up to 15% depending on which insurance company.
You should definitely take it, it's fun and SO useful. I loved it.
