Running is the greatest exercise for many reasons. It is the best way to lose weight as it is the best cardio exercise, and it also tones your legs, glutes, and hips. Also, by increased cardiovascular activity, you burn more fat..which is probably what is making you thighs look big. You are also starting to go through puberty and this is the time when you take on a more womanly shape and start to store more fat around you hips, inner thighs, and tummy. Cellulite may also become visible. I would suggest running, sweetie, I think that is the best thing. Good luck :)

Elliptical machines work VERY well. I would recommend asking your parents for one for your birthday/christmas/whatever holiday you practice.

Also, you're too young to start counting calories, but try to begin making a conscious effort to notice how much you eat in a day. The guilt feeling that comes along with this is good for you, as it will limit the amount of extra junk you eat.

if your thighs are really too big for a bikini, then i assume that you eat too much/ dont exercise enough. if you dont want to kill yourself exercising, try this. every time you sit down to eat a meal, eat half the amount that you normally would. a lot of people make the mistake of eating too much food too often.

You can run either on a treadmill or outside... and you can also walk up and down stairs like 10 times a day (up and down=1) it worked for me!

you cant spot reduce fat, unfortunately! you just have to do cardio and strength training, and your overall body fat should reduce
