i have already tried with the virus cleaning it didnt work.
i dont want to reboot either.

Try Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy. You can find them by searching on Yahoo or Google, or check out Download.com or Snapfiles.com. Ultimately the free utilities will only get you so far. One utility which has done wonders for me is Webroot Spysweeper. Unfortunately it is not free. It is about 30.00 for a year subscription but it has saved my computers on many occasions.

ya as mentioned in the above free softwares doesn't do much. but if you can spend some money, the best thing to use is Tune Up Utilities. it's the best program you can ever find here's the site
