Yes, I am like that too. I get tired so i usually end up leaving work early to sleep. But right now, my gyno has referred me to a diabetic doctor and i have diabetes after 23 yrs of not knowing and then they referred me to a sleep apnea doctor to see if they can help with the tiredness and whatnot. But good luck.

Yes I do make sure to get plent of vitamin C. A nice bath and a heating pad helps too but then you really need a nap if not time get the extra C.

Try to get as much sleep as possible. I tend to be tired, cranky and eat too much...and fall asleep at the drop of a hat!!

Yep all the time. I experience very bad periods and very bad pains. Figures huh. So I usually fall asleep after I've taken pain killers.

That is completely normal and traditionally women took the time to rest during their period. If your body is tell you to rest, it is usually best to rest.

I could sleep for days! And when I do get up, I crave meat rather than chocolate. I could eat my weight in bloody steak and hamburgers...
