If you know what high school of college he went to and what years he attended that school, you can go to http://classmates.com and see if he is registered there. If he is, you cn send him an emial.

http://www.yellowbook.com/Search/FindAPerson/?&BQT=1&BQT=1
And type in that persons first and last name, then put in the innitials for any state (lets say Alaska) in the "where" bar, then you call all those people with that name. If none of them are the one your looking for, go to the next state (lets say Alabama), repete this process until you find the one your looking for.

Does your friend have a name? Have you tried putting that name in a search engine? Does your friend have any family? Have you contacted them? Doesn't sound like you've done much to try to find him.

it gives you the addrress and state and place where he lives.
