what should i do to make my blood veins stronger that i can't see it through my skin?

my blood veins are so weak that i can see it through my skin. and i want to get rid off from this problem. what can help me that i don't see it anymore?

their is no way to get rid of this, dlb veins show through everyones skin some wear or the other.

i would say you should work out because i couldn't see my veins at one point from being over weight but now that I'm losing weight and working out my veins are showing more
