Are you talking about in a company, or just in general? How about some background info on exactly what it is you're trying to do, or an example.
I would like to see you phrase a question like that to your boss or in a report or on an employment application. Nobody is going to take you seriously if you can't take the time to spell correctly, phrase a question precisely, and mumbo jumbo your doin's.
I doubt very seriously if you are doin' your mba. If you want to put on airs of already being a college graduate, you gotta act like one. A graduate has learned not to be careless and lazy, or he don't get there.
A college grad can spell, use complete sentences, and capitals. You fail, dude.

Hard to believe that anyone involved in an MBA program not only is incapable of creating a proper question, but is so lazy that they are unable to open any chapter on a book on HR management in order to identify opportunities for an assignment.

because the workplace manager, it is your duty to take this to HR. In my corporation, any presents that are available in, be it tickets to a carrying journey, a bottle of wine, or possibly a $10 present cert., all bypass to the HR branch and it is raffled away to the employees. Now, does Senior administration get preferential remedy...of course, it fairly is a given, yet they don't flaunt it and they are very beneficiant with sharing.
