You might try searching for "Glassine" envelopes... they are not perfectly clear, but they are used a lot by stamp collectors, and they are even showing up in weddings, as a way to distribute wedding favors (mints, cards, etc)
Ive provided the link to one such stamp supplier, who has pictures of some Glassines so you can get an idea of what they look like. It wouldnt surprise me, if you found some on eBay too.

change envelopes? the very shown truth that i purchased someone a card signifies that I care sufficient! notwithstanding, i will verify to substantiate the cardboard matches contained in the envelope. i have been screwed in the previous formerly.. And, satisfied April fools day to you bypass over! :-)
