PAD... tampon is too uncomfortable! only if you are going to the beach or need to wear a tampon but i prefer pads!

Tampons are convenient you can wear what you want without that budge in between your legs or the pad moving. You just have to make sure you change it every three hours or how heavy you bleed.

Tampax tampons. I'm afraid to use any of those with plastic applicators because the opening can scrape your insides and I don't want toxic shock syndrome!

Tampons during the day, pads at night.
"Always" makes scented, ultra slim, winged pads that are da bomb! They are incredible. Try them you will never use another brand/type again.

use tampons i know im new at having periods but ive experimented and pads get uncomfortable if your sitting on a hard chair

PADS they are better besides tampon they could get stuck and then you need surgery
