Normally this just happens automatically, i.e. the software will correct it for you.
Are you in regular Outlook or web-based outlook? (In regular you click an icon on your desk top or on your Start menu, for web-based you have to go in through the internet).
Regular Outlook as I said should just do this for all new sentences, let alone paragraphs, so make sure you're including your full stops where you should. Also, make sure you have 'Check spelling and grammar as I type" ticked as yes since this may matter. It's under 'Tools'.
Don't think web-based Outlook has the same auto-correct feature though.

Caps Lock .. thats all i do.
As an automatic feature, ive never seen it.
This question sounds like the perfect definition of laziness ... haha.

You need to change the format of your email from HTML to plain text or RTF. For some reason HTML does not support this.

go to format and clikck chage case, under change case click title case.. but u know u have to highlight the word first. if not try caps lock.
