I don't know anyone with tatoo's that I could ask. I want to get a tatoo on my shoulder of a British Columbia flag. How do I find a quality artist I can trust to do a good job?

hmm, no idea but If you wanna come to the states I know lots of good tattoo artists
And to the person above me that said tattoos are disgusting....thats a matter of opinion, besides the question wasn't WHAT DO YOU THINK OF TATTOOS

If I was getting something that perment, I'd hunt the US and Canada for the best possible person. I've seen more bad tattoos then good ones, even from "good tatoo artists."

Look it up in the phone book. Or online. But tattoos are disgusting.
