Does anyone have a good site for or advise for a resume cover letter?

My brother is going to graduate soon and is looking to put out some resumes....just thought I would be a good big sister and help him out!!

Tell your brother not to waste his time mailing out resumes en masse. Given all the competition and the resources available on the Web, he needs to customize each resume and cover letter for a specific company and opportunity.

I recommend checking the following resources:

* http://www.job-hunt.org/internetresume.shtml - step by step for converting a standard resume into the "Internet version."

* http://www.rileyguide.com/letters.html - lots of information and resouces about both resumes and cover letters.
