Flori,
it took me years to realize that math is the simplest most logical thing, and fun, to boot.
the problem lies in the way it is taught. I had a teacher that was so good at math that could not see past her capabilities to teach those who could not understand it. it was a continuous war.
My Dad and Mom helped me and I got through it.
But true understanding came later on when I was exposed to some truly brilliant and effective teaching minds.
Again, it is the teaching, not the subject.

Algebra was hard for me. I think it depends on the person, but I know math is challenging for many people.

Not in particular. I'm well rounded in all subjects... except history, but who is?
Other then that, from another person's standing I could see how others would percieve it to be dificult.
