everyone is right it is the spiny tailed iguana at 21 m.p.h., but the fastest of the fastest of the spiny tailed iguanas was cedric who clocked 21.781 m.p.h at the reptilian olympics of 2001, he now lives in the small suburb of hacienda just north of mexico city where he whiles away his days sipping pina colada and re-telling tales of previous triumphs to anyone who will listen to him. poor cedric.
