What would you reccomend i eat to help my skin become healthier?

Ok, you are asking all of the right questions!! I read in Seventeen magazine that the best foods for your skin are bananas and carrots. They say it is recommended that you get in 1 banana a day OR two whole medium sized carrots a day. They also recommend drinking lots of water... but you have already got that covered! I have also heard that carrots are good for your eyesight, but I don't know if that is proven!

Well, I would say you have to take a combination of fruits and vegetables. Also, dairy products and a proper combination of all food!
It depends on your body and taste what is best combination.
For fruits and vegetables, a rule of thumb is to have 5 colors a day!
