Anything that gets you outdoors and in the fresh air and sunshine.
You can go hiking, floating down the river or lake, go boating, water skiing, fishing, bicycling, animal watching, golfing, softball, running.
Round up some friends or family and get out there instead of being bored indoors behind your computer. Join a group that takes trips to the mountains, site seeing by bike, whatever.

Now that I'm giving you this advise I'm going to get out and go salmon fishing with my Dad. Watch the sun (not literally) and put on a strong sunblock.

Ride a bike, walk on some trails, go fishing, go canoing, go to an amusement park, go mini golfing, go swimming, go sun tanning, play frisbee, play catch, play baseball, walk the dog, hang out with friends, go water skiing, go horse back riding, play foot ball, play soccor, have a bbq, have a martini party, do gardening, water the flowers, pick some flowers, moe the lawn, go camping,

But when you're feeling more on the energetic side: you can always run around in parks or go biking with friends. Also, amusement parks are lots of fun too at this time of year....im planning to go with my friends, and it's always nice to have memories of who was the most scared int he ghost train ride etc!

Get local guides to your area and surrounding cities, find things you didn't know about or never would have thought about visiting. Or take a road trip somewhere, even just for the day. Find kewel little restaraunts and cafe's to eat in. Experience new things.
