I would say probably not. A women's suit would not provide support up front and would most likely be deemed inappropriate.

why in the world would you want to do that? if you're worried about having a speedo pulled down, wear 2 suits. the women's suit offers that much more material you can grab.

I don`t think so. you should just by a speedo scuba suit kind of thing.
