Avoid constipation at any cost. Lots of fiber in your diet. Soak yourself in a hot tub with dried camomile flowers and leaves in it. They work like magic and would rid you of hemorrhoids in 2 or 3 soaks. Trust me, it is natural, harmless and an ages-old remedy.
