Well, when the spine is not completely straight, there is a high risk of scoliosis. A superb prevention would be to go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax - own experience. :-)

It also would work for a sixty-year old to get better.

In the US, the treatment is available in California only - it's really worth travelling far.

actually,scoliosis mostly occurs when your on the age range of 30 onwards..mostly until your sixties..so,its normal...to avoid it affecting you earlier or for good,there are over the counter products availabe to take even w/o prescriptions..it can be in the form of a juice drince or in a tablet..the one i know is calci-aid...
